As a Quality Supervisor at Edwards Lifesciences, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the quality activities of our production processes.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees responsible for quality inspection and ensure adherence to quality procedures.

• Develop and maintain sampling methods and procedures for inspections, testing, and evaluation to guarantee that products and processes comply with the Quality Management System.

• Support activities related to the evaluation of product risks for non-compliant distributed products and develop ongoing improvement activities to enhance Quality Systems.

• Partner with engineering on investigations and/or corrective actions, perform non-conformance investigations, and ensure documentation content is valid.

• Oversee the scheduling of work orders and team performance metrics, and ensure appropriate staffing for all positions.

**Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 2 years of experience with an internship or substantial technical knowledge and experience in assigned work areas is necessary.

**Additional Skills:

Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with a working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills are essential. A robust understanding of processes and equipment used in assigned work areas is also required.

Able to work and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment, with the ability to lead teams, provide coaching, and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma is necessary. Ability to represent the organization to outside contacts, with good written and verbal English communication skills.
