Customer Success Integration Manager

About the Role
We're seeking an ambitious Technical Support Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll work closely with our customer-facing integrations teams to deliver seamless integration experiences for our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn more about how US healthcare practices use technology to improve their day-to-day operations and have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. They should also have experience working in multiple healthcare Scheduling Systems/EMRs/PMS and be proficient in Salesforce.
Your Area of Focus
- Work closely with our customer-facing integrations teams to deliver seamless integration experiences for our customers
- Provide proactive solutions to problems and resolutions to roadblocks
- Cultivate deep relationships with customers to help them overcome obstacles without sacrificing customer satisfaction
