**Job Overview**

The Customer Success Technology Administrator will play a critical role in overseeing and administering various technology solutions used across the entire customer organization. This position requires a strong understanding of technology administration, particularly in Salesforce Administration Experience/Certification or other CRM experience.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution designs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate and demonstrate solutions to internal customers by providing sound recommendations and prescribed best practices.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and iterating workflows in Salesforce, Gainsight, NiceInContact, and other software used by the Customer Success organization, configuring and administering solutions to the Tebra Customer Operations, participating in design reviews and technical discussions with our technology partners and internal stakeholders, isolating, triaging, and resolving bugs/issues, executing, managing, and assisting in the development of technology roadmaps, identifying opportunities to improve existing solutions, features, and functionality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct experience in technology administration, Salesforce Administration Experience/Certification or other CRM experience
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency in running and creating formula functions, pivot tables, and charts
  • Experience with telephony/IVR management (nice-to-have)
  • General understanding of database concepts
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment on a CRM platform
  • Administrator experience in a production environment
  • System integration experience and best practices
  • Experience with solution designing operationally
