About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at GBS Group. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in transforming client interactions into successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell GBS Group and LLC Hub services to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals/quotes sent to prospects.
  • Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM of customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  • Utilize client feedback to enhance processes and drive improvements.
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and new product opportunities.
  • Engage in outbound sales activities, including reaching out to potential clients and promoting services.
Qualifications
  • Advanced level of English & Spanish.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
