Job Overview

Key Job Functions:
  1. Data Processing and Reporting: Generate client-specific reports, process data requests, and maintain accurate records of information.
  2. Claims and Enrollment: Process claims and enrollment with high accuracy, meeting client SLAs and TATs.
  3. Issue Resolution: Respond to queries and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior team members.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Articulate complex information clearly, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate with team members to achieve quality metrics.
  5. Quality and Productivity: Deliver excellent customer experience, meet productivity targets, and adhere to quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health science-related field (for Medical Management) or High School Equivalency (for NA).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in data processing software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
