Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in providing top-notch service to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a high school diploma and English Level B2+. Previous experience in customer support in a Call Center environment is also required. Additionally, experience in troubleshooting is a plus. You will also need to have an excellent internet connection/speed/plan and be willing to work weekends.
