Job Description: Transfer Agent (TA)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Respond to incoming consumer phone calls and/or perform outbound calling to establish consumer account ownership and transfer those consumers to an Account Manager.
    • Route verified consumers to specific departments.
    • Document interaction in CRM System.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • High School Diploma (Bachillerato en Educacion Media).
    • English B1.
    • +18 years old.
    • PC skills (Office tools).
    • Problem solving, time management, organizational & customer service skills.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Effective problem solving; time management/organizational skills; customer service skills; conflict management skills;
    • Ability to communicate assertively and work by objectives.
