Infotree Global is seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT to join our team. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 months of experience in the call center industry, with a strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service. The position also demands advanced English language proficiency and the ability to work on-site in Santa Ana from Tuesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent education required.
  • At least 8 months of experience in the call center industry.
  • Advanced English language proficiency required.
  • Able to work on-site in Santa Ana from Tuesday to Saturday.

Salary: ¢500,000.00 - ¢600,000.00 per month
