Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of automotive dealer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that clients are utilizing our products effectively.
- Daily proactive client engagement through outbound dialing to ensure clients are satisfied with our service.
- Responding to dealer inquiries, coordinating internal resources to satisfy client requests, and onboard new dealers sold by Experian Account Executives and resellers.
- Selling into assigned account base following a proven sales process, presenting additional Experian product offerings to help dealers meet their goals and objectives.
- Maintaining customer contact databases and sales/retention processes, collecting and presenting 'voice of customer' feedback to the product team for product improvement opportunities.
