**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Project Management, Risk Management, Project Change Control Management, Contract Management, Project Plan Development and Tracking, Agile methodology,
Basic knowledge on Server tools and Automations, Server Build, Vendor Management, Customer Relationship Management, Decision Making, Problem Solving, strong leadership skills

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

General Knoledge on Server Build Projects
General knowledge and experience leading Projects to deploy and enable tools that can perform one or more of these offerings:

- Create actionable Insights on real time or past Infrastructure management service data
- Automated Operation Support
- Optimize Infrastructure management operations
- Server management - Server automation, Automated Operation support
- Process automation
- Anomaly detection, Predictive Insight
- Predictive analytics, Server Incident reduction
- Automated ticket assignment, Real time operation, Machine learn
- Orchestration, Automation, Pattern development
- Cloud System Tools
- System management - Event monitoring, Software distribution, Event based auto ticketing, Performance reporting, Server discovery
- Server management - Server resource management
