Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Director to join our team at Marriott International, Inc.

This is a senior-level sales position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale sales teams and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple regions and channels.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop and implement sales initiatives and programs.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform sales strategies and decisions.
