We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Expansion Specialist to join our team at Splunk. As a key member of our growing Digital Sales organization, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing territory-specific pipeline creation plans, building larger deals, and running smaller transactions full cycle.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure Customer Success: Using your research superpowers, you will find insights and evolve them into a meaningful approach.
  • Create Pipeline: Use ABM tactics to identify new contacts and craft a personalized campaign to create pipeline with a high conversion rate.
  • Expand Splunk's footprint within existing customers.
  • Deal Progression: Lead discovery calls beyond qualification and gain exposure into what steps to take to move a deal to the next stage.
  • Account Landscape: Identify the multitude of people involved in an enterprise purchasing decision and unify everyone to accomplish the goal by driving value-based conversations.
  • Ecosystem Navigation: Learn how to pilot both Splunk's ecosystem and our customer's ecosystem, identifying landmarks that need to be achieved on both sides of the relationship to ensure a successful project.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ Years of demonstrated ability selling or creating pipeline for SaaS solutions.
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Intermediate level understanding of the customer buying process and sales skills preferred.
  • Resilient: Determined, optimistic thinker who believes a 'No' is a 'Not Yet.'
  • Coachable: Confident individual who seeks feedback from others and lives the growth mindset.
  • Curious: Active listener who is not afraid to ask tough questions or know a tough answer.
  • Adaptable: Change = growth in your mind, and you are not afraid of the unknown.

This role requires frequent travel to our San Jose, Costa Rica office (1-3 times per quarter), so strong communication skills and a flexible schedule are essential. Additionally, a passion for connecting with new people and listening to their stories and projects is a plus.
