We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at TreviPay, a leading provider of global B2B payments and invoicing solutions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients and merchants.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. With a minimum of two years of experience in customer support, preferably in the B2B payments industry, you will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
