About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process orders from internal or external customers in Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle systems with accuracy and efficiency.

- Create, retrieve, open, and validate customer purchase orders before inputting them into Salesforce and Digital Platforms.

- Perform customer setup activities as needed to ensure accurate order processing and delivery of goods and services.

- Handle daily hold reports and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

- Create new contacts and accounts for end users or sold-to/ship-to accounts.

- Input Return Material Authorizations (RMA) from Distributors into the SAP system.

- Manage daily disputes requests received from the account payable team and customers regarding issues with payments, taxes, freight charges, incorrect addresses, and PO updates.

- Investigate and resolve disputes issues, including invoicing processes.

- Follow the warranty process validation and respond to customer inquiries related to expedite issues.

- Collaborate effectively with Planners, Manufacturing teams, and Territory Managers to resolve Expedite issues.

- Provide support to the Brasil Teams as needed and perform password resets, license queries, and fixes for licensing procedures.

- Ensure timely software fulfillment by communicating with customers about expected shipping dates and expedited order solutions.

- Perform customer-related financial transactions, such as credit and debit memos, according to operating policies and procedures.

- Respond to inquiries from various businesses in a timely manner with a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school or institution.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar positions in sales support and customer service.

- Strong computer and analytical skills using Microsoft Office Package.

- Understanding of global market dynamics related to Channel Partners, Resellers, and End Users.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a high-demand environment.

- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills with customers, teammates, and leaders.

- Good time management, discipline, organization, and consistency.

- Proficiency in English language (written and verbal).

- Autonomy, proactivity, multitasking abilities, and high sense of urgency.
