Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team at Smartsheet. As a key member of our Support Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and webform submissions
- Deliver Enterprise-level service by meeting individual performance metrics on speed, resolution, and accuracy
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions
- Participate in team projects and contribute to process improvements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent command of English (B2+ level)
- Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer-facing roles, supporting diverse backgrounds and locations
- Technical support experience in a SaaS environment
