About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team at Smartsheet. As a key member of our Support Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and webform submissions
  • Deliver Enterprise-level service by meeting individual performance metrics on speed, resolution, and accuracy
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions
  • Participate in team projects and contribute to process improvements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent command of English (B2+ level)
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, supporting diverse backgrounds and locations
  • Technical support experience in a SaaS environment
