Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and organized.
- Coordinate calendars, schedules, and events with efficiency.
- Support HR, Accounting, and Recruiting teams with various administrative tasks.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, combined with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities are required.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.
