- Oversee front desk activities, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and Supporting Progress Toward Guest Services and Front Desk Goals
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements
Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years' experience in guest services, front desk, or related field.
- OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no prior work experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
