Global Logistics Customer Service Expert

You are the vital link between our company and our valued customers, playing a pivotal role in shaping their experience. As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
About the Role:
- Customer Experience: You will proactively advise and consult to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Shipment Management: Qualify and enter customer orders into the operational execution process, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
- Complaint Resolution: Manage complaints effectively, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Quotation Management: Provide accurate quotations and updates to customers, setting competitive prices within established parameters.
- Customer Onboarding: Inclusively onboard new customers, transferring requirements into our systems and providing personalized support during initial orders.
- Customer Data Management: Maintain and integrate customer data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Operational Relationship Management: Establish and maintain an operative customer relationship, exchanging knowledge with sales teams and providing front-line support.
- Reporting: Create, refine, and review reports to optimize performance and drive business growth.
About You:
- Education: A university degree in ADM, COMEX, IR, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in sea logistics and freight forwarding, with direct contact with customers.
- Skills: Advanced English skills and strong communication abilities.
