**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating meeting spaces, maintaining office calendars, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meeting spaces and maintain office calendars
  • Greet visitors and make them feel welcome
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments
  • Participate in team goals and work collaboratively with small teams on various projects
  • Coordinate repairs and partner with building management
  • Maintain awareness of vendors or non-client personnel in the office area
  • Support compliance with health and safety protocols as needed

**Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management or reception
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to interface with all levels of personnel
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong orientation towards client service and professionalism
