**Job Description:**

Our Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate product information and clarify customer reservations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent English proficiency (B2+ or above) to effectively communicate with customers.

- Basic understanding of MS Office Packages to efficiently manage tasks and data.

- High School Diploma as a minimum educational requirement.

Desirable qualifications include:

- Customer Service Experience to develop strong problem-solving skills and empathy.

- Tech Support experience to enhance technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

- Financial Background to understand customer financial inquiries and provide accurate assistance.

- Previous experience working for Goals and Objectives to drive performance and achievement.

- Sales experience to identify opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.

- Intermediate to advance Excel skills to analyze data and create reports.

- SAP knowledge to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
