Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with healthcare providers and account representatives to handle issues, provide insights, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor and manage all case-related communication, changes, and issues via our proprietary tools and software.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, company processes, and product expertise to deliver expert support.
  • Meet weekly performance targets while fostering a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to guarantee a superior provider experience.
  • Participate in team and company meetings to stay informed about relevant information and best practices.

Your Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles or support positions.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
