Customer Success Representative for Digital Content

Position Summary
This is a unique opportunity to work with Amazon's innovative Kindle Direct Publishing platform as a KDP Support Analyst. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to publishers and content providers who utilize our web-based services to publish their digital content.
Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrate expert written and verbal communication skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism during interactions with customers
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure accurate handling of customer requests
- Identify and escalate critical customer issues as needed
- Communicate system and process issues, as well as customer feedback trends, to management for prompt resolution
- Routinely collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues that require specialized expertise
- Leverage customer service tools to deliver timely and informative responses, ultimately enhancing the customer experience
