Job Overview
">We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl. This is an exciting opportunity to work on building and growing key accounts in Japan and Australia, driving improvements across various fields including logistics, advertising, promotions, tax, compliance, fulfillment, and more.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or other addressable CX opportunities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, developing marketing strategies, and analyzing data to produce insightful business strategies.
Responsibilities

- Qualify and manage a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries.">
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or other addressable CX opportunities across a multifaceted, complex Mexican business landscape.">
- Liaise and maintain regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders.">
- Develop marketing strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events.">
- Analyze data and produce insightful business strategies that make a difference.">
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">3+ years of sales or account management experience
Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups
E-Commerce industry or related industry experience
Analytical skill and highly data-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
