About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager, Global Sales to join our team in San Jose, CRI. This role will be responsible for launching and growing a portfolio of key accounts across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and influence a portfolio of leads to launch into European Marketplaces
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or other addressable CX opportunities across a multifaceted, complex European business landscape
- Liaise and maintain regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders
- Market strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events
- Analyze data and produce insightful business strategies that make a difference
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Fluent English language skills (written, spoken, and read)
- E-Commerce industry or related industry experience
- Analytical skill and highly data-driven
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off policy.
