Job Summary

Smartsheet is seeking an administrative professional to support the operational infrastructure of our Professional Services business.

This role will work as part of the Services Operations team, collaborating with departmental leaders and stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in operations or an administrative role, with a proactive mindset and ability to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive tactical daily operations, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Partner with sales teams to review statement of work contracts (SOW)
  • Coordinate with Finance to process monthly services billings and respond to inquiries
  • Improve operational systems and tracking infrastructure by identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or an administrative role
  • Knowledge of professional services organization a plus
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative
