Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Credit Management Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective support for our Credit Management platform based on Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, tickets, and incidents related to technical issues with our credit management platform.
- Ensure all reported issues are logged with accurate detail and tracked for completion within expected timeframes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree in software engineering, computer science, or data analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience in Apex/Salesforce development skills.
- Proficiency in API development skills, XML, JSON, and other coding languages.
- Familiarity with Agile/scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+/C1 level).

- Experience in other programming/scripting languages such as Python, Linux, and database development.
- The ability to quickly assess and troubleshoot complex issues.
