Job Description

The HR Services Coordinator provides excellent HR administration support to internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and the HR community. This role ensures adherence to HR procedures and processes, delivering accurate and timely support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering HR administration support to internal stakeholders;
  • Documenting and transferring knowledge of recurrent cases to increase case resolution on Tier 0 or 1 level;
  • Providing input and ideas to improve transactional and process efficiencies;
  • Assuming ownership for performance against HR Services objectives for areas of responsibility;
  • Interacting and working closely with other HR Shared Services members and teams on issues relating to but also requiring involvement beyond the HR Shared Services team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires an Advanced Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field. Intermediate experience within an HR administration or HR shared services organization is necessary, along with advanced German language skills (both written and verbal) and advanced English language skills (both written and verbal).

Strong administration skills and desired experience with Microsoft Office, Workday, Service Now, and Kronos are required.
