We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our organization in San Jose, Costa Rica. This role will provide exceptional HR administration services to employees, managers, and the HR community, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely HR administration support to internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and the HR community.
- Document and transfer knowledge of recurrent cases to increase Tier 0 or 1 case resolution.
- Provide input and ideas to improve transactional efficiencies and process improvements.
- Assume ownership for performance against HR Services objectives for areas of responsibility.
- Interact and work closely with other HR Shared Services members and other HR teams on issues that relate to but may require the involvement of teams beyond the HR Shared Services team.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in German and English languages, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate experience within an HR administration or HR shared services organization.
- Strong administration skills.
- Desired experience with Microsoft Office, Workday, Service Now, and Kronos.
