**Job Summary:**
Pfizer is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join its team. This role will play a key part in designing and maintaining Information Systems to support human resource administration.
**About the Role:
This position will be responsible for HR Information Systems Governance, including the revision of manuals, code lists, and documentation. You will analyze and validate data between HR systems and ensure compliance and proper handling of colleague records and documentation.
You will also be able to provide colleague information for analysis and decision-making, statistical data, and other colleague-related reports as required.
The successful candidate will contribute to the completion of project milestones and organize their work to meet project task deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the team in overall HR operations, which may include ad hoc assignments within the assigned work scope perspective.
- Administer HR documentation such as Standard Operating Process (SOP) and internal communications on the intranet site.
- Evaluate requests and concerns from colleagues received from various means.
- Prepare regular reports, update and maintain employee records, and perform data entry and filing of all related personal documents.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives shared by leadership.
- Support the team and coordinate work processes and administer operational supports such as meeting arrangements, documentation, and logistics as needed for HR projects.
- Participate and execute audits of HR process data to ensure alignment with compliance regulations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of consistent processes and operational efficiencies across all sites.
- Assist and support the team on research and analysis on HR-related matters.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficient in Excel (will be tested).
- Analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment.
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Experience working on ERP HR module.
- Positive, self-motivated, with strong sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of various analytical tools.
