**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor our case management system, Service Now, to ensure timely and efficient resolution of tickets.
- Maintain our human resources system of record, Workday, with up-to-date information and requests.
- Handle general corporate account mailboxes and designated mailboxes with care and attention to detail.
- Safeguard confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of compliance standards.
- Create and update work instructions in a meticulous and detailed manner, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Complete assigned trainings and stay up-to-date on corporate requirements and system changes.
- Demonstrate initiative and leadership in team deliverables and participate actively in business meetings and activities.
- Manage scheduled operational calendar activities with precision and attention to detail.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Human Resources systems and case management systems.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese or French.
**Nice to Have:**
- Workday experience.
- Service Now experience.
- LATAM region experience in HR Operations.
This role requires regular on-site presence, with a minimum of 2-3 full days at the office per week. Work Location Assignment: On Premise.
