North America Cost Insights Manager

This role will be responsible for owning the analysis and insights generation related to structure costs for the North American market.
The successful candidate will present and follow up on this monthly analysis with the Senior Leadership of the region and will be responsible for annual processes such as budgeting, Latest Estimate (LE), Outlook, among others.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare the Monthly forecast for the structure costs as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Monthly variance analysis including employee cost and other structure cost components
- Annual Budget and quarterly LE Process, including monthly outlooks
- Cost center master data administration and financial management
- Monthly review presentation for Country and Regional Directors
- Propose and perform process improvements for the Structure Costs management
- Coordinate any correction required in the actuals
- Keep close communication with the regional leadership team to ensure the actuals are aligned to the budgets
