**Job Description**
The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in driving customer success and growth in North America by qualifying and nurturing an installed base of customers.
Zscaler is a leader in cloud security, helping companies navigate the rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape.
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and help us achieve our growth objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute customized plans to drive customer adoption and utilization of Zscaler's platform
- Work closely with Account Sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain a deep understanding of Zscaler's technology and be able to articulate its benefits and value proposition to customers
**Qualifications**:
- Good understanding of security fundamentals, including Firewalls, Proxies, and Web Security Gateways
- Familiarity with Network Architectures and network routing concepts
- Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
