Your expertise will focus on exporting, creating, and auditing time files for plant employees, guaranteeing that hours are correct and transmitted to payroll.

About the Role
This position is responsible for working closely with the North America region team to ensure seamless data analysis, report creation, and exportation of time files. You will utilize your analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with Mondelez International policies and regulations.

Main Responsibilities
- Analyze data scenarios to create accurate reports
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for time file exportation and auditing
- Collaborate with the North America region team to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Ensure adherence to Mondelez International policies and regulatory requirements
- Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create visually appealing reports and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with system updates and advancements in Workday, Kronos, and Ultipro systems

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis, report creation, and exportation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with Workday, Kronos, and Ultipro systems is desired
