About SVC Operations:
SVC Operations is a fintech organization that is revolutionizing the travel industry with innovative solutions. We are dedicated to providing travelers with exceptional experiences and value. To further enhance our offerings, we are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager with expertise in partnership management, particularly in the travel and hospitality sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. eSIM Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with telecom companies to offer eSIMs with global or country-specific roaming solutions to our customers.
2. Hotel Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with hotel distribution services and hotel groups to secure competitive rates for our customers and generate commissions.
3. Airlines and Car Rental Partnerships: Negotiate and manage partnerships with airlines and car rental companies to enhance our travel offerings.
4. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough assessments and due diligence on potential partners to ensure alignment with our strategic goals and customer benefits.
5. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements, ensuring they align with our mission and objectives.
6. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of partnerships, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
7. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that partnerships comply with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
8. Relationship Management: Foster strong and collaborative relationships with partners, ensuring continued cooperation and addressing any issues that may arise.
9. Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success and regularly report on progress to senior management.
10. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance partnerships, explore expansions, and drive customer value.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. Advanced degrees and industry certifications are advantageous.
