**Job Description**

The role of Strategic Relationship Representative (SRR) is crucial to ensuring the success of Palo Alto Network's fast-growing customer base. As an inside role, you'll focus on positioning renewals and additional software and hardware to current customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Upsell to a more extensive product line or motivate customers to consider new products
  • Evaluate customers' current accounts and discuss their effectiveness
  • Articulate the company's mission, product, and business opportunity
  • Follow up and coordinate with various teams to bring in new expansion and add-on business
  • Build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Handle the entire sales process from quote generation to opportunity closure

**Requirements**

  • Experience in managing customer bases for Enterprise and Commercial accounts
  • Sales experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security context
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and adapt to changing needs
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Expertise in working within Salesforce for forecasting and CPQ for quoting
