Client Services, Inc. (CSI) is a reputable and established call center seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our professional team. We encourage candidates with prior call center experience to consider this opportunity. Comprehensive training will be provided as you transition into this rewarding career. As a Client Relations Associate, you will represent leading financial institutions and assist customers in resolving outstanding financial obligations.


Training will take place from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, for a duration of two weeks. Following the training period, your schedule will vary between 7am and 10:00pm, totaling 35 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Client Relations Associate, you will engage with customers on behalf of prominent banks and financial service providers. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Educating customers about available financial options
  • Addressing sensitive financial matters
  • Efficiently processing customer inquiries
  • Adhering to client and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Your professionalism and exceptional customer service abilities will be crucial for success in our dynamic environment. Ideal candidates should possess strong computer skills, excellent communication skills for effective negotiation (Fluent English proficiency - 90% or above in speaking, writing, and comprehension), attention to detail, a typing speed of 40 WPM, a High School Diploma, and a clean delinquency record. Candidates with INA training or graduation are highly regarded.
