About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Excellence Export Specialist to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Export business, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service levels by providing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving order management and logistics issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify trends, recurrent issues, and opportunities to improve service levels in the Export business, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and develop Export business risk management routines, analyzing current inventory, production schedules, and advising on material availability to enhance service levels.
  • Execute daily order management processes to prevent cuts, order delays, or other service impacts.
  • Manage communication flow, production schedules, and delivery dates for Exports Copackers and re-packers, gathering service data and analyzing performance to maintain best-in-class service levels.
  • Collaborate with US Supply on planning, availability, and delivery of MTO products, overseeing revenue recognition reports to ensure monthly targets are met.
  • Develop strategies to address supply difficulties and prevent move-outs and/or NSVs LE fallouts.
  • Participate in the implementation of supply chain value projects, removing costs or enabling value creation with commercial, supply, and customer excellence teams.

Requirements

  • Industrial Engineer/Business Administrator or related degree.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • +3 years of experience in Supply, Logistics, Customer Service, or related field.
  • Experience managing relations with customers, commercial, and supply teams.
