Job Summary:
The Global Customer Service Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and results within our Customer Service Organization. This involves providing white glove service for our customers through timely and accurate order management processing, education, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the global order-to-cash process, handle activities related to sourcing, transportation, and delivery of orders throughout the entire supply chain, own and manage all aspects of the customer relationship, and handle customer complaints, reporting, and urgent matters.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of business processes, procedures, and information, as well as excellent interpersonal skills in working with diverse levels of business partners, team members, and leadership. They will also be able to work independently to meet targets and objectives set by 3M management.
