Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Stay current with vendor-specific portfolio to make informed recommendations to resellers on system solutions and product awareness.
- Handle complex customer issues with minimal supervision, leveraging experience and expertise.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and funding vendor representatives to execute marketing activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability.
- Make adjustments to meet TD profitability objectives.
- Identify opportunities to sell TD's full portfolio of products and services.
- Develop strategic business plans and present to TD management.
- Provide sales and marketing support to increase vendor and product awareness.
- Deliver technical presentations and training to sales, support, and customers.
- Assist in resolving complex customer problems and issues.
- Report on key metrics and distribute monthly updates to Leadership, Product Marketing Team, and vendor representatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in vendor relations and formal product presentations.
- Knowledge of interoperability of PC components, software, peripherals, networking, desktop platforms, applications, and operating systems.
- Strong technical abilities in at least two of these areas.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
