Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with clients to define their business outcomes and deliver educational activities across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and retention.
- Collaborate with product sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on content and technology tailored to their workflow.
- Monitor usage data and create actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business decision makers and users within each account.
Requirements:
- Strong project management and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for the financial markets and customer success discipline.
