We are seeking a Renewal Sales Manager to join our Client Success Management team, responsible for managing a large portfolio of renewal contracts. As a Renewal Sales Manager, you will create strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to secure every renewal, minimizing financial attrition, locking in favorable terms, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer-facing renewal sales cycle from 4+ months out from renewal expiration date, preparing renewal contracts and client communications, and spearheading all client negotiations.
- Develop successful relationships with your portfolio of customers and partners.
- Execute win/win negotiation strategies for TTEC Digital Tier 1 account contract renewals, maximizing contract value while protecting and enhancing customer trust.
- Partner with Leadership, Sales, and Customer Success teams to fully understand and develop a clear renewal strategy for each customer based on data-driven decisions that maximize account growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or renewals, with a focus on negotiating contracts in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong executive presence and quality to partner closely within the multiple layers of the organization.
- Strong track record of achieving & exceeding Quota/KPI-based roles.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at the C-Suite level.
