Customer Support Agent with Technical Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at Teleperformance Costa Rica. In this role, you will act as a liaison between customers and our organization, providing accurate and timely support via phone calls related to general inquiries about our internet service and basic technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Built sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- English level B2 (85% proficiency)
- Work experience
- Typing speed of 20 words per minute
- Effective communication skills
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of ¢450,000.00 - ¢500,000.00 per month and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires English language proficiency of B2-85%.
