As a Senior Associate, AML Compliance, you'll play a key role in helping combat financial crime and ensuring our compliance practices align with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help us maintain a strong reputation as a trusted financial services provider.
With your skills and experience, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program. This includes conducting due diligence on agents, monitoring transactions for suspicious activity, and providing training to internal stakeholders on AML best practices.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Risk Management, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of our compliance obligations.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Financial Services or Compliance industry
- At least 2 years of experience in Agent Services & Due Diligence or similar relevant work experience
- Proven subject matter expertise on KPIs and regulatory matters
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
