\The Cash Management team at Pfizer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including cash flow management, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and financial reporting. We strive to maintain high-quality financial data, provide excellent customer service, and foster strong partnerships with our business stakeholders.
\About the Role
\We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in the Cash Management department. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing cash flows, monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable, and providing financial guidance to our business partners.
\Your Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and manage cash flows to ensure timely payment of invoices and minimize delays\
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies\
- Provide financial guidance and support to business partners on matters related to cash management, accounting, and financial reporting\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\\- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial reports and analyses to support business decisions\\- Evaluate and recommend financial systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs\\- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies\\- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion\\- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and other departments\\- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders\\- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements\
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements to achieve business objectives\\- Work collaboratively with IT to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements\\- Maintain accurate and complete records of financial transactions and activities\\- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts\\- Other duties as assigned by management\\- Develop and maintain expertise in financial analysis, planning, and control\\- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners\\- Participate in professional development and training to stay current with industry trends and best practices\\- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and guidelines\\- Provide input and recommendations to senior leadership on financial matters\
About You
\To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field\
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and control, preferably in a similar role\
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines\
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\
- English language proficiency required; additional languages an asset\\- Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements\\- Experience working with financial systems, software, and tools (e.g., ERP, spreadsheets)\\- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills\\- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information\\- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams\\- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines\
