As a Financial Analyst with Collections Expertise at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth through effective management of accounts receivable. With 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Shared Services Accounts Receivable or Collections, specifically working with the indirect channel (Resellers, Distributors, or Partners), you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, focusing on building strong relationships and resolving disputes efficiently.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in Excel, Oracle Financials ERP, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Foster a customer-centric approach, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns effectively.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification, along with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Shared Services, AR, or Accounting.
- A strong proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials ERP and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
