Job Description
The Azure Platform Technical Support (APTS) team at Tek Experts provides world-class technical support to Microsoft commercial and enterprise clients. As a member of this team, you will work with customers to resolve complex technical issues related to the Azure cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance across teams to identify areas requiring expertise on different modules of a solution to resolve cases.
- Maintain documentation for all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions consistent with customer commitments, prescribed protocols, and processes.
- Mentor junior support engineers as needed or requested by management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Techincal proficiency and higher education classwork in IT or technical work, or experience with enterprise support.
- Proficiency in both written and oral English.
- Ability to solve complex technical issues.
- Customer-obsessed mindset, take the initiative, and exceed expectations.
Requirements
- 85% English level.
- 9th grade or High school diploma.
- Windows Server & Active Directory Knowledge.
- Basic Scripting (PowerShell or python).
- TS Tools, Task Manager, Regedit,.har file.
- Network basic connectivity.
