Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica seeks a Technical Support Associate II to join their team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.

About the Job

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced IT professional looking to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT help-desk or desk-side environment.
  • Advanced Linux systems administration skills and certification.
  • Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory) certification.
  • Cisco CCNA certification.
