We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our global technical support team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions and support to our customers.

\

In this role, you will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems and provide expert advice to our strategic customers. You will also be responsible for managing support for Media, Web, and Enterprise customers.

\

To succeed in this role, you will need to have some experience providing technical solutions and support, as well as excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language. You will also need to be a great collaborator and communicator, be curious, and want to innovate.

\
