As a Technical Support Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring that our customers remain happy with our products and services.
- Working with customers to own and solve their technical problems.
- Acting as the main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues.
- Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.
- Communicating clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences

To be successful in this role you will:

Be a great collaborator and communicator, be curious and want to innovate
- Be curious by nature with a robust desire to constantly learn new technologies
- Be familiar with the Internet, including technologies and fundamental protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP and HTTP
- Have some familiarity with Linux or UNIX operating systems
- Be an effective team player willing to collaborate with people across the business
- Demonstrate great communication skills with fluency in the English language
- Have some experience providing technical solutions and support
