Job Description
As a Technical Support Associate at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to AWS products and features. You will work closely with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to AWS products and features.
- Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify root causes of customer issues and areas for improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of technical experience working with computer systems and technology components such as internet browsers, cloud storage services, and CRM ticketing systems.
- 6+ months of experience in Contact Center and/or customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
- General knowledge in one or more technology domain areas (e.g., cloud computing, internet, network, software, systems).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) within technical and business settings.
- High school diploma.
